Celebrating our 25th year, Active Insight has 3 core pillars – firstly, we are committed to conducting regular research and sharing insight with the industry through collaborative studies or independent research via our Consumer Insight Panel. Secondly, we bring the industry together through active-net – where operators and suppliers come together through workshops, pre-arranged meetings and plenty of networking.

Finally, we work directly with operators to measure and manage their customer experience from acquisition through to cancellation utilising data held within our CX software platforms to continue to learn and develop the customer experience.
